Rezept für einen Heidelbeerkuchen

Zutaten:
2 Eier
2/3 Glas Zucker
1,5 Glas Mehl
2 Teelöffel Backpulver
1 Teelöffel Zimt

2/3 Teelöffel Salz
1/2 Glas Milch
3 Esslöffel Butter
2 Glas frischer Heidelbeeren
Puderzucker
Vanillearoma

Zubereitung: Eier mit Zucker verreiben. Mehl mit Backpulver, Zimt und Salz vermischen. Nach und nach den Eiern hinzugeben, auch die Milch hinzugießen. Nach jeder Hinzugabe genau vermischen. Dann Butter und Vanillearoma hinzugeben. Sorgfältig mischen. Zum Teig 1 Glas Heidelbeeren hinzugeben. Teig in der Backform verteilen und die restlichen Heidelbeeren draufstreuen. Den Kuchen in den vorgewärmten Ofen stellen. Bei 250 Grad 45 Minuten backen. Mit Puderzucker servieren.
