Blueberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2/3 cup of sugar
1.5 cup of flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2/3 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of milk
3 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of fresh blueberries
Castor sugar
Vanilla essence

Instructions: mix eggs with sugar. Mix flour with baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually add mixture to eggs while pouring milk. Mix thoroughly after each addition. Add butter and vanilla essence. Mix thoroughly. Pour 1 cup of blueberries onto dough. Spread dough in baking tin and pour remaining blueberries over it. Place dough in pre-heated oven. Bake 45 minutes at 250 degrees C. Serve with castor sugar.
